There are many things I love. I love my faith, my family, my friends, making life fun, and I love helping people of all ages, shapes, and sizes achieve their health and fitness goals. What I don't love is exercising, especially burpees. Luckily for both of us, my passion for helping others is stronger everyday, and getting fit doesn't have to include a single burpee.
I believe in you. I may not know you yet, but I believe you will succeed because I am confident in what Beachbody and I provide: Fitness, Nutrition, Support and Rewards. These are considered the Four Pillars of Success, and my goal as your coach is to offer the absolute best support possible. ...And, nobody is ready to work harder than me.
I'm also extremely passionate about personal development. I believe that all the wisdom we need in order to thrive in life is out there somewhere. We're not born with all the answers, but nothing should stop us from searching for them. It's like an epic race we're supposed to win, mixed with a scavenger hunt to keep things fun and exciting. The secret is that there's only two competitors in this race, you and time. So who's going to win in your race? That's why I also host personal development groups, in addition to health and fitness, to offer others a way to reach their highest potential in the shortest amount of time.
